Movie Horizon: App Prototype

Movie Horizon is dedicated to providing the best environment to enjoy movies to everyone.The goal of the Movie Horizon app is to attract and retain customers in the online system. The app targets moviegoers who aims to enjoy movies stress-free, and help movies fanatics to find latest movies to watch and find theaters nearby. Movie Horizon ticketing app aims to create a product that can compete in the market, improve sales, and increase customer satisfaction.

 

Competitors had dedicated mobile apps for their customers to purchase movie tickets for their theaters and were successful. However, based on the competitive market research, there was a serious lack in accessibility in purchasing movie tickets. Accessibility was forefront design drive for designing the app.

My role was UX researcher and designer from conception to delivery from branding to designing the app. I conducted interviews, created paper and digital wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducted usability studies, accounted for accessibility, established a branding, and on iterations on designs.

I used Figma on designing the Movie Horizon app and Adobe XD on the web prototype.
